The communal areas are perfect for socialising and entertaining, with a large open-plan lounge, a dining room for 12 and a multimedia room opening onto a panoramic terrace. Outside, guests can enjoy a large swimming pool with sun loungers, hanging beds, Jacuzzi for 16, built-in seating areas, two beach terraces and direct access to 60 metres of pristine sand and turquoise waters.

The 10 en suite rooms are designed to offer comfort and privacy. Eight rooms have king-size beds, while two rooms have two queen-size beds each. Four master bedrooms face the ocean: two on the ground floor with spacious bathrooms (separate baths and showers) and access to a large terrace, and two upstairs with private sitting areas, indoor and outdoor showers, and access to a furnished terrace with stunning views. The remaining six guest rooms are situated around a peaceful courtyard, each with a private terrace.

Sole e Mare offers a full range of leisure activities and facilities, including volleyball, pickleball, table tennis, basketball, snorkelling, kayaking and a fully equipped gym.
