At the entrance level, a guest house is located next to the swimming pool. It comprises a living room, a separate bedroom with a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom. The honeymoon suite is also on this level and has a king-size bed, an exclusive bath with sea views, a separate bathroom and a private veranda with a pergola.

The indoor living and dining area is perfect for entertaining guests, with a three-stop lift, toilets and an indoor and outdoor kitchen with a large barbecue. The lower level has two Seaview suites with king-size beds, en-suite bathrooms, fitted wardrobes and a built-in sofa. There are also two family suites with king-size beds, lounge, en-suite bathroom and dressing room. The lower level is completed by a gym with en-suite toilet and a separate cloakroom with en-suite toilet and shower.
